• Free cancellation / rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment 
• Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours can incur a 50% fee
• No show appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you 72/48 hours in advance by email or 24 hours in advance by text message.
